The Resolved Approach
Real conflict resolution is within reach
As your trusted partner, I’ll guide you through whatever comes next.
Truly resolving conflict is my professional and personal commitment.
So few people are ever taught skills for effectively managing conflict or have access to helpful guidance. I meet so many people who suffered through long, acrimonious divorces battled out in a courtroom, or who struggled for years at workplaces held back by conflict and tension. They never knew that there were other resources that could have helped them handle those situations with less stress and more support.
I founded The Resolved Approach to put conflict resolution services and tools within reach for all individuals and organizations. Through mediation, conflict coaching, ombuds services, and organizational training, I help you finally break free from the conflict holding you back and reach a resolution that feels right to you. Get the support you need virtually or in-person in the Greater Greenville, SC area.

My promise to you: effective, affordable, and personal support
An approach to conflict resolution that puts you first.
Rather than only resolving the situation in front of me, I want to help people in conflict to understand themselves and each other, to cooperate in a constructive way moving forward, and to find peace beyond their immediate conflict.
As your partner and guide, I offer you the information you need to decide how you want to move forward — and the clear process to make it happen. With me by your side, you’ll be able to resolve conflicts, overcome issues, and learn to communicate more productively in the future.
The Resolved Approach: Values-based, relationship-driven
I’ve built my business on:
Accessibility.
Conflict resolution shouldn’t be a luxury. I keep my services affordable on a sliding scale to give everyone access to real resolution. No one is turned away from The Resolved Approach based on their budget.
Approachability.
Conflict can be intimidating, and litigation even more so. I’m committed to being the personal guide you need through your conflict, clarifying what’s next every step of the way.
Capacity-building.
I help you strengthen your capacity to resolve conflicts and communicate more productively, both now and into the future.
Collaboration.
Resolving conflict is about collaboration, not competition. I collaborate with clients, by trusting you as the expert on your situation; in mediations, by helping people in conflict come together; and by building referral networks with other providers so that everyone can access the right support for their needs.
Self-determination.
It’s always your choice how you want to move forward. I act as a partner to you, allowing you to remain in control and figure out the best solution for you.
Restorative Justice.
My vision is to help conflict resolution between individuals to contribute to healing and restoration between whole communities.
